Step 2:
Pay
The patient will follow your payment instructions and email their payment confirmation.
Step 3:
Confirm
Once you have received the payment, click "Confirm Payment" to email the patient their link to the appointment.
Step 4:
Consult
When the appointment is near, the patient clicks the appointment link sent to their email and waits for you to start the consult.

Do my patients need to download a mobile application?
Nope, no need to download a mobile app. Your patients will receive an email with the link to the consult where they can join the video call with you.
How do my patients join the video call?
Once the appointment is confirmed, your patients are emailed a unique link to the "Waiting Room" of the consult. They will wait here at the appropriate time until you click "Start Call".
Once you have started the call, all your patient has to do is click "Join Call" and they will be redirected to the video call. No other app is needed to be downloaded. Video consults work on the browser.
What are your payment methods for patients?
For the free trial, we offer manual funds transfers. This option allows you to give instructions to your patients on how you want to get paid directly. There are no transaction fees for this method. However, you will need to manually confirm the payment of your patient.
Once you upgrade, you will be able to offer GCash and Credit Cards. This option allows you to get automatically paid and confirm the booking. No need to confirm the payment. Just get notified when you need to start the consult.
